Our devs are working on optimise client. On any srv with such online and l2 client you will have same. So quiting wont solve l2 client issue .

I understand, that mage weapons are 40% and fighters are 70%, this is retail l2off rates made by ncsoft . never changed on l2off servers, hard to do it even. until now i guess you didnt knew or never played retail servers .
