Event problems

Event not working as it says in the news section.

You can't buy garlands and globes from the grocery.
Snowmen only drop garlands.
The trading stuff from santa girl is messed up. 100 garlands for 1 event shoe and 1 garland for 1 event shoe... same.
You can't get the tree past lvl 1 ( the garland stage)
