Sword Symphony skill is bugged as hell. It should block magic skills for 10secs when it lands, now it's 4-5secs at best. Also I tested it 30+ times, didn't get a single critical hit with it (it says it has a chance to crt)

2) Its trigger silence like have skills "Silence". Its land on char for 5 - 10 seconds randomly.

Bear in mind that it is a 72 lvl skill that cannot be enchanted, thus you are trying to land it on chars which are 13 lvls higher. But about the duration everywhere it says 10 sec and not random.

That's why I didn't say anything about land rate. It's probably 10-11% (all debuffs have 10% land rate in h5, even 1prof disarm, you have a chance to land it on anyone)
Maybe I was just unlucky to land a crt (but then what is the % to crt with full buffs?)
It says 10sec, not randomly 5-10. Doesn't make sense to make it random, and write for 10sec. It should say up to 10sec or smth then. Now it says For 10sec.
