Would like to start a new thread about all debuffs (I gues all, the most so far I checked) because can't seem to find anything about it in forum.
Well, the stun rate is kinda imba, not only from mobs it lands about 90%, but I also checked in pvp that lands nearly 100% rate...tested Berserker's (lvl 61) rush with OL (lvl 69) and it landed 10/10 Oo it goes same with other debuffs like root/shackle etc. Well if fear is gonna be the same, pvp will be kinda fun vs nukers.
Could you please check the rates ?
