I have a clan level 8 and i have a lot of clan skills. But my clan members dont see the Viscounts LEvel buffs even if o put them at Rank 1. Anyone knows why ?? DO i have to upgrade the clan at LVl 9 ???

What about the Refresh time? My Ghost Piercing have 15 sec cool down . Why this skill of Saggis have 5-6 seconds? Shoulded be the same to everyone that take skill from Tree ?

I want an answer about this skill. Is it a bug that this skill almost 100% critical damage and every 5 seconds refreshed????
