Interesting bug in game, if you run out of BSS, it gives the audio message "you are now on an open ticket with a GM" or something similar

Is there a way to change the pin code that was generated when I made the account ? I saved the account details but it doesn't work when i want to transfer ToD in game. Also made a ticket but no answer.

Found a bug today while trying to do the lvl 20 Scavenger class quest. Grocer Milon in dwarven village gives you an axe to deliver to Shari; You bring back the payment from Shari to Milon; Milon gives you the axe again and again, and so on.. Did it three times already.

I had to "add the account" and now it shows
