Is this mages only server or how do you plan to balance other classes? I cant even go farm without taking off mdef buffs. Cant imagine playing titan.

No it does not. I created new alt char on my main account where i bought premium and he has not the premium status. I have a purchase button at loayalty npc store and 0 points per 10minutes.
