Fear not working (PvP)
So since the oly is comming up and fear is only win condition for multiple classes (sps/sph/sorc), it would be nice, if it was working. Currently fear duration in pvp is 5s. It should be 15s on c6 and 10s on HF. There is no chronicle where fear lasts 5s. I can supply official patch notes to...- SlugeR

Critical Chance - ability
From Pmfun: Critical Chance 1% chance to increase Crit.Rate when attacking +30% Crit.Rate for 15 seconds I just got this skill from subclass and realized it only increases the crit rate by 28 flat rate. Can someone explain why it's only 28? Critical Rate (passive) gives +30 flat rate...- [MISTER]
