General Changes
- All AOE abilities obtain limited number of targets they can hit. From the beginning we will set from 10 to 30 targets. Each skill has its own count and you will be able check it in ALT+B. This change is massive, so most likely we continue work and adjust it during the season.
- Decreased minimum possible chance to hit from 30% to 10%. So, if you have not enough accuracy you will miss 9/10 hits (was 7/10 in the past).
- Increased reuse delay for Olympiad Healing Potion from 1s to 5s.
- All poison effects received an additional effect of decreasing the power of HP recovery magic received by 50%.
- All bleed effects received an additional effect of decreasing Speed by 20%.
- Increased "magic level" of aug.skills from 75 to 80. This change in general slightly increases chance of any debuff from aug.skills.
- Increased chance to trigger aug.skill by attack/magic by +33% from previous patch. Chance to trigger corresponding skill when use attack/spell is 4%. (trigger not means 100% apply, it means skill will be used and after that will check target resist for success/fail)
- Decreased chance to trigger aug.skill by critical attacks by -66% from previous patch. Chance to trigger corresponding skill when crit is 10%.
- Decreased chance to trigger any skill from charms (2.5% to 1%).
- Almost all servitor's will get 2-3 new enchant routes. New enchant routes will work like old "Power" + additional bonus. Different bonuses for different servitors, but in general it will be like: Resistance to debuffs, Crit chance/power, P.Atk/M.atk, P.Def/M.Def, Max HP, Vampiric, Skill reuse etc. Some servitors should be better for PVE, others - for different PVP situations. Details will be later in separate announce.
Special Ability Changes
- Special Ability Back Blow: now gives 20% bonus to critical damage from behind (there was a bug with description, so in current patch it deals 10% damage from behind)
- Special Ability Critical Damage (only for swords): renamed to Death Whisper and now gives 15% increased critical damage.
- Special Ability Empower: Increases M.Atk by 15% (was 8%).
- Special Ability M.Atk renamed to Overload: Increases M.Atk by 25% (was 12%), increases MP consumption by 35%.
- Special Ability Magic Damage: increases Magic Critical Damage by 20% (this SA exist only at Branch of Mother Tree)
- Special Ability Critical Poison: additionally increases effectiveness of poison attacks by 40%. Increased power of poison effect - 130/160/200 HP per second for 30 seconds.
- Special Ability Critical Bleed: additionally increases effectiveness of bleed attacks by 40%. Increased power of bleeding effect - 196/250 HP per second for 20 seconds.
Talent Changes
- Decreased effectiveness of all Tier 2 talents in branch "Power". Instead of 4% bonus they gives 2% now.
- Decreased effectiveness of talent "Physical Focus". Each lvl of upgrade gives 5 critical instead of 10 (+25 critical maximum now).
- Increased effectiveness of talents "Physical Power"/"Magical Power". Each lvl of upgrade gives 1.2% P.Atk/M.Atk.
- Some T4 talents reshuffled between Power/Mastery/Protection branches. All characters will receive free Forgotten Scroll to reset talents.
Clan Skill Changes
- Clan Fortitude - decreased bonuses from 12%/18% to 5%/10%.
- Clan Vigilance - decreased bonuses from 12%/18% to 5%/10%.
- Clan Freedom - decreased bonuses from 12%/18% to 5%/10%.
Affects neraby clan members and doesn't take a buff slots. Reuse delay 60 minutes.
Clan level 9:
- Clan Recall - Teleports nearby clan members to a town. Requires 1 Blood Oath.
- Clan Revive - Resurrects dead clan members. Requires 3 Blood Oath.
- Clan Inspiration - Increases acquired EXP/SP of nearby clan members by 50% for 60 minutes. Requires 5 Blood Oath.
- Clan Cleanse - Removes debuffs from nearby clan members. Requires 3 Blood Oath.
- Clan Combat - Increases P.Atk/P.Def of nearby clan members by 15% for 30 seconds. Requires 5 Blood Oath.
- Clan Magic - Increases M.Atk/M.Def of nearby clan members by 15% for 30 seconds. Requires 5 Blood Oath.
- Clan Protection - Increases resistance to buff-cancelling attacks of nearby clan members by 100% for 30 seconds. Requires 5 Blood Oath.
- Clan Spirit - Increases resistance to Hold/Shock/Paralyze/Mental attacks of nearby clan members by 50% for 30 seconds. Requires 5 Blood Oath.
- Clan Blessing - Increases resistance to debuffs of nearby clan members by 50% for 30 seconds. Requires 5 Blood Oath.
Class Changes
- Master of Combat - added alternative enchant option Duel which increases damage in pvp by 5%.
- Knighthood - added alternative enchant option Duel which increases defense in pvp by 5%.
- Weapon Blockade - activation rate decreased from 90% to 60%.
- Final Frenzy - incresed bonuses from skill enchant from 164 to 300 P.Atk (+30 power).
- Final Fortress - incresed bonuses from skill enchant "Power" from 268 to 400 P.Def (+30 power). Incresed bonuses from skill enchant "Defense" from 90 to 300 Shield Defense (+30 defense).
- Fortitude - increased bonuses obtained by enchant from +5% to +15%.
- Thrill Fight - added enchant option "Power" which increases attack speed additionally by 15% (total +25%).
- Provoke - added enchant option "Power" to which decreases resistance to spear weapon by 15% (total by 25%).
- Focus Attack - added enchant option "Power" which increases Critical Damage by 30% (total by 60%).
- Fist Mastery - Increased bonuses from enchant Accuracy.
- War Cry - warlord can learn this skill to max lvl and enchant it, same like duelist.
- Polearm Accuracy - Increased bonuses from enchant power.
- Wrath - decreased CP reduction. From -90% to -60% (+30 Power).
- Cursed Pierce/Power Crush - reuse delay increased from 3s to 5s.
- Dread Pool - decreased activation rate from 90% to 80%.
- Explosive Trap - reduced power by ~33%.
- Golem Overload - now available at 79 (was 78) level. Loses 3% HP per second (was 200 HP per second).
- Repair Golem - increased cast time from 2.5s to 4s
- Summon Big Boom - decreased bonuses from enchant on early levels, but +30 skill deals the same damage as before.
- Frezny/Guts - decreased skill reuse delay from 300s to 180s.
- Hurricane/Prominence/Hydroblast - Decreased effectivenes of enchant routes which decreases resistances. (from -10% to -15%). But (!!!) in previous patch there was some bugs and only hurricane works correctly. So in comparison with current patch on union server Hydroblast and Prominence will be 5% stronger but hurricane 5% weaker.
- Hurricane/Prominence/Hydroblast - enchant "Power" now adds 3 power when enchanted from +29 to +30 (was 0 before)
- All vortex skill enchant bonus from branch "Chance" has been decreased from +30% to +15%. So +15 skill has total 75% base chance to apply debuff (was 90%).
- Curse Fear - Decreased base activation rate from 20% to 10%. Increased reuse delay from 3s to 5s. Decreased effectiveness of enchant "Cost" (max fear duration is 30s now, was 40s)
- Arcane Shield - decreased damage received by 85% (was 80%). Decreased cooldown from 900s to 600s.
- Arcane Chaos - reduced reuse delay from 15s to 5s.
- Sleep - decreased cast time from 10s to 4s.
- Sleeping Cloud - became self-target skill. Increased chance. Decreased cast time from 15s to 4s. Increased reuse delay from 8s to 30s.
- Curse Discord - skill mechanic changed. Now it work like self-cast aoe Betray skill. Cause's enemy servitors to attack its masters.
- Decay - Added new enchant route Power.
- Shadow Sense - Increased accuracy by 6 at night (was 3).
- Quick Step - now grants a bonus to speed only when wearing light armor.
- Boost Evasion - now grants a bonus to evasion only when wearing light armor.
- Deadly Blow, Backstab, Blinding Blow, Critical Blow - decreased lethal attack chance 2 times. Fixed issue when target was instantly killed after successful lethal attack. Now 1 HP remains.
- Sand Bomb - Decreased resistance to mental attacks by 30%.
- Rapid Shot - added new enchant option Power. Increased attack speed by 0.1% on each level. (+30 skill gives 15% attack speed)
- Stun Shot - increased chance to remove target. Increased chance to stun when enchanted.
- Soul of Sagittarius - Added bonus to casting speed +15% and M.Atk +25%. Added new enchant options Power (v1 and v2). Power (v1) - Increases max MP by 1% on each level. (+30 skill gives 55% max mp), Power (v2) - increases M.Atk by 1% on each level. (+30 skill gives 55% M.Atk). Let me clarify that some magic debuffs use the ratio of Caster's M.Atk/Target's M.Def to calculate the final chance. Since many characters on the x50 server have an excess of M.Def, such a change will bring some additional balance.
- Archery - slightly increased bonuses for P.Atk and Range when enchanted on +10 or higher.
- Spirit of Sagittarius - Decreased bonus from enchant "Power" from 30% skill damage to 20% skill damage (if enchanted +30).
- Hawk Eye - Added bonus to ability damage 5% and enchant route "Power" which increases ability damage up to 10% (if enchanted +30).
- Lethal Shot - Increased chance of critical hit from 15% to 25%. Decreased bonus for lethal attack from enchant "Chance". Base chance is 3%, +15 skill have 4.5% (was 9% in previous patch).
- Burst Shot - Decreased damage on early levels, but +30 skill have same damage as before.
- Seven Arrows - Decreased chance of critical hit from 50% to 25%.
- Flame Hawk - Increased chance of ctitical hit from 20% to 25%. Reduced damage from 12086 to 8049. Changed effect nature to "Fire" (affects only debuff land rate, not damage).
- Arrow Rain - Damage remains the same. Decreased resistance to bow attacks by 20%. Changed effect nature to "Poison". Root effect changed for poison effect with 160 damage per second, also decreases effectiveness of HP recovery magic by 50% like other poisons. Base effect duration increased from 10 to 30 seconds. Reuse delay decreased from 15s to 10s. Can stack with other poisons.
- Ghost Pierceing - Damage remains the same. Changed effect nature to "Unholy" (affects only debuff land rate, not damage).
- Fatal Counter - Increased chance of critical hit from 5% to 25%. Reuse delay decreased from 5 to 3 seconds.
- Ultimate Evasion - Archer classes can learn this skill to max level and enchant it.
- Hamstring Shot - Increased reuse delay from 15s to 60s.
- Counter Dash/Counter Rapid Shot/Counter Might - increased effect duration from 30s to 60s, but decreased chance to activate buff from 15% to 5%.
- Painkiller - Removed restriction for usage on low HP. Removes all de-buffs. Temporarily decreases incoming damage by 90% and blocks any HP/CP/MP restore. Increased cooldown from 300s to 600s. When effect ends you feel dizziness. Dizziness decreases your accuracy by 40 for 30 seconds.
- Hide - fixed issue with /targetnext after Hide.
- Taking into account other changes and the current number of options to reduce cooldowns, chance to trigger Seed levelup decreased to 50%.
- Touch of Life - can only be used on group members (including yourself).
- Shield Deflect Magic - Now also has 50% chance to deflect any magic debuff back to enemy. Reuse delay decreased from 45s to 30s.
- Wrath of Shilien - reverted skill type from physical back to magic with 300 power. The chance of paralysis remains the same, but the damage now depends on M.Atk.
- Soul of the Phoenix - Additionally increases resistance to debuff attacks by 20%.
- Banish Undead/Seraph - Greatly improved enchant branch "Chance".
- Holy Blade - Added skill level 2. Only paladin can learn this skill to max lvl and enchant. Infuses a weapon with holy power and increases effectiveness of holy attacks by 10%/20%. Added enchant option which increases effectiveness of holy attack up to 40%.
- Holy Armor - Added enchant option which increases defense against dark attack up to 40%.
- Dark Blade - New skill for dark avenger and blade dancer. Has 2 levels, but only dark avenger can learn this skill to max lvl and enchant. Infuses a weapon with dark power and increases effectiveness of dark attacks by 10%/20%. Added enchant option which increases effectiveness of dark attacks up to 40%.
- Dark Armor - New skill for dark avenger and shilien knight. Increse resistance to holy attacks by 10/20% (can be enchanted +40%). Can be learned by Dark Avenger and Shilien Knight.
- Divine Strike - Increased cast speed.
- Sanctuary - Increased effect and now can decrease enemies P.Atk by 50%.
- Dark Panther - increased base stats by 25%. Added new enchant options.
- Panther Fatal Claw changed to self buff Panther Agility
- Panther Agility - For 30 seconds increases Speed by 25, Evasion by 25, physical attack skill Evasion Rate by 40% and have a chance to blow away the opponent's target when being attacked.
- Life Scavenge - Increased amount of HP restored.
- Corpse Absorption is a new Hell Knight passive skill which can be learned at lvl 79. When use Life Scavenge restores HP of your servitor and greatly increases servitor stats. Temporarily increases servitor's P.Atk/P.Def and critical damage from behind by 100%. Increases resistance to Shock/Sleep/Hold/Paralyze/Mental attacks by 50%. With time effect became weaker and completely disappear in 60 minutes. It works like reverted Servitor Evolution, so you get max lvl from 1st usage, but must continue use Life Scavenge otherwise effect will disappear.
- Corpse Plague - increased damage and area of effect. Also added enchant option Power.
- Horror - added enchant option Chance.
- Poison Blade Dance - decreased poison damage from 252 to 200 per second.
- Song of Silence - Duration reduced from 120s to 60s.
- Surrender to Holy - new skill, available for Bishop.
- Mass Resurrection - increased reuse delay from 150s to 300s.
- Word of Resurrection - New skill, can be learned by Prophet. Resurrects dead party members. Reuse delay 150s. (Can be changed due to problems with implementation. Alternative version: resurrect nearby clan members in 400 range.)
- Greater Heal - x2 Increased HP recovery over time.
- Greater Group Heal - x2 Increased HP recovery over time
- Disciple of Shilien - added new bonus to root effectiveness +30%.
- Thorne Root - Increased duration from 10s to 30s.
- Mental Impoverish - Blocks MP recovery of nearby enemies by 90% and decrease resistance to mental attacks by 30%. Increased affect range from 200 to 250.
- Blessed Blood - New skill, can be learned by Shilien Elder. Bestows blessings on nearby party members which recover HP by a certain rate when being attacked. Increases resistance to Debuff attacks by 20%. Can be enchanted on Power or Time.
- Lightning Barrier- New self-buff skill, can be learned by Shilien Saint at lvl 79. Spreads lightning's defensive barrier for 20 minutes. Paralyzes the target that attacked you. Can be enchanted on Power, Cost or Chance
- Disrupt Undead - Added enchant Power.
- Absolute Clarity - removes all debuffs of nearby party members, increases the effect of HP recovery magic by 20% and greatly decreases skill MP consumption for 15 seconds. Cooldown 120s.
- Mana Burn/Storm - Increased debuff duration from 10s to 15s
- Seal of Suspension - Decreased effect duration from 120s to 30s. Enchant Cost now also increases duration (up to 60s)
- Chant of Life - increased power of HP restore for this skill 2 times. Additionally restores 10% HP for party members when used.
- Great Fury - Increased trigger chance from 30% to 40%. Increased duration from 10s to 15s. In addition to current bonuses also decreases physical skill reuse delay by 30%.
- Soul Cleanse - new skill, can be learned by Doomcryer at lvl 79. Removes up to 3 debuffs from the target. Cooldown 15s.
- Chant of Protection - New skill added for Doomcryer at lvl 79. For 1 minute decreases Critical Damage received by a party members by 20%. Cooldown 5 minutes. Can be enchanted on Time or Reuse.
- Summon Smart Cubic talent replaces Servitor Evolution talent.
- Servitor Evolution talent changed into regular skill and can be learned on lvl 79. Decreased bonuses and now lvl 100 effect increases P.Atk/M.Atk/P.Def/M.Def +50% (was +100%), and resistance to debuff attacks +20% (was +50%). Other resistance remains the same.
- Excessive Loyalty - increases servitor P.Atk./M.Atk. by 30%, all critical rate by 30% and all critical damage by 30%. Duration 15s. Cooldown 15s.
- Servitor Barrier - Duration increased to 30s.
- Cure of Queen - Removes debuffs with following effects: Atk.Spd, Cast.Spd, Speed, Accuracy, P.Atk/M.Atk, P.Def/M.Def, Skill reuse. Skill enchant increases chance to remove these debuffs from 50% to 100%.
- Cure of Seraphim - Removes debuffs with following effects: Sleep/Root/Stun/Paralyze/Silence. Skill enchant increases chance to remove these debuffs from 50% to 100%.
- Servitor Trait - new skill for all summoners at lvl 76. Increases servitor's effectiveness of Stun/Hold/Mental/Poison and Bleeding attacks by +15%. Can be enchanted on one specific trait up to +30% in total.
- Servitor Share - Changed bonuses. Transfer 100% P.Atk/M.Atk (was 50%), P.Def/M.Def 75% (was 50%), HP/MP 20% (was 50%), Critical Chance 20% (was 50%).
