DC's & Freeze Fix ETA?

Is it possible to give to those that are still playing on DEx 3x an ETA regarding the fix of DC/Freeze/Lag that we are having all day since Dex 10x opened? It's almost impossible to try any big instances (octavis/istina) or do anything when you get dc'ed constantly.
