It's not just about that. RU players are more competitive and try harder. EU community nowadays are casual players.

Nowadays everyone plays with drivers. Russians have jobs same as we do, but they are more willing to be the best, while EU just sit there with their 5/9 parties online and cry that they can't keep up.

This. Russians are just fully committed to L2 meanwhile EU/NA is not. There are some exceptions, but it doesn't change fact.

Anyway, personally I don't care who I play with/against as long as you can have fun, there is action and Russian/English barrier (more for Ru speaking players) is not a trouble (best example PVE-CLUB servers).
