Can somebody please tell me when will be the server online?

I cannot login, untill it was beta I could but now Its giving me : Error while loading options . I have premium account can't wait to play but can't login... what is happening?

Start game from l2.exe in system folder.

when I try to start from l2.exe I get this 2 errors:

All good now, managed to login on Arion RU

but I allways get disconnected from 5 to 5 min saying I have to update.

If I try to update its the same error: Error while loading options
