Please fix autoupdater

Why is always problem with autoupdater? If i start the updater it says "error while loading options". I have antivirus that finds the shield with virus and sometimes i forget to disable the antivirus so removes my shield and when i log in it says that i will get ban so my question is how can i play without this ban message and i can put the shiled file back in system folder if u always have problem with autoupdater and also with the downloading section because no download starts when u press HERE?

just press enter the game or run via l2.exe

So it's no problem if the messege "you run the game client without shild you may get ban" will apear from now on? i cannot download either the full patch
