SERVER RULES

1. Staff Members

• Disrespectful behavior towards staff members is strictly prohibited.
  Punishment: Severe – ranging from a temporary ban to a permanent hardware ban.
• The administration reserves the right to mute a player in-game and restrict access to the Discord server if the player’s behavior is deemed inappropriate or harmful to the project.

2. Third-Party Software and Account Sharing

• 2.1. Use of any third-party software, drivers, bots, etc., to automate gameplay is strictly forbidden.
  Punishment: Account ban. Repeat violations = permanent ban across all accounts/devices.
• 2.2. You are responsible for sharing your account.
  No punishment, but GMs won’t help recover stolen goods due to account sharing.
• Account and item theft usually happens due to shared access. Even if the person is a friend or partner – don’t share credentials!
• We warned you. Keep your login info private!

3. Bugs and Exploits

• 3.1. Exploiting bugs/glitches is strictly forbidden.
  Punishment: Permanent ban.
• 3.2. Sharing exploit info with anyone except staff is forbidden.
  Punishment: Moderate

4. Chat Behavior and Naming Rules

• 4.1. Slander, racism, terrorism support, war support, RL threats, insults – prohibited in public chat.
  Punishment: From warning to bans depending on severity.
• 4.2. Impersonating a staff member = strictly prohibited.
  Punishment: Severe
• 4.3. Offensive names are not allowed.
  Punishment: Medium – moved to GM room until renamed.

Additional Chat Violations:

• 4.4. Insulting administration – 300 mins mute
• 4.5. Challenging admin decisions – 300 mins mute
• 4.6. Counter-advertising – 1000 mins mute
• 4.7. Advertising other servers – 1000 mins mute
• 4.8. Insults/veiled insults in Hero chat – 120 mins mute
• 4.9. Repeated abuse – 60 mins mute
• 4.10. Insults involving relatives in public chat – 120 mins; second offense = 300 mins
• 4.11. Ethnic/racial hate speech – 60 mins
• 4.12. Talking about bots/bugs in public – 60 mins
• 4.13. Saying you’re quitting – 1000 mins
• 4.14/4.15. Real money trade – 9999 mins mute + account ban
• 4.16. Spam bots (3x) – 1000 mins mute, then account ban
• 4.17. Admin can block any account if it harms the project – no explanation required.

5. Trading Rules

• 5.1. Don't block NPCs or key paths with your store.
  Punishment: Minor
• 5.2. Selling/buying accounts or items for real money = forbidden.
  Punishment: Permanent ban
• 5.3. Fake/scam shops to trick players = forbidden.
  Punishment: May include permanent ban of main characters

6. GM Events

• 6.1. Don’t enter an event area unless invited or allowed.
• 6.2. Don’t interfere with ongoing events.
  Punishment: Minor

7. Lost or Stolen Items

• 7.1. GMs won’t restore lost/stolen/dropped items unless due to server error.
  Stealing/scamming = bannable offense. Stolen items can be returned to the rightful owner.
• 7.2. Epics from Clan Raids belong to the clan. CL decides who gets them.
  If a member doesn’t return it, the CL can request it back.
  
  How to bind Epic to clan if you give it for temporary use::
  • CL must explain to the member that the item he give for temporary use.
  • Member must confirm in clan chat:
    “I will get [Epic name] from the clan for temporary use. I agree to return it on CL’s request or before leaving the clan.”
  • CL takes a dated screenshot of the message.
  • If not returned, Admin will verify logs and may restore the item if rules were followed.
  • To avoid issues, update the agreement screenshot monthly.
• WITHOUT THIS SCREENSHOT, WE WILL NOT RETURN ANY EPICS!
• 7.3. Be careful when enchanting.
  If you enchanting the wrong item or used the wrong enchant scroll – we will NOT restore the item.
  We have no way to verify the truthfulness of claims like “I accidentally enchanted the wrong item” so NO exceptions will be made under any circumstances, no matter how genuine your words may be.
  
  Please be careful. Double-check what you're enchanting and with which scroll.
  
  We can offer to restore the item for 500 Tods, but it will be returned with 0 enchant level and no augmentation.
  

8. Game Process and Clan Leaders Policy

• Admins do not interfere in gameplay, clan size, or politics.
• Players and clan leaders manage in-game relationships themselves.
• CLs may communicate with admins before the season starts to suggest changes. After launch, changes are rare.
• CLs don’t have special privileges.
• All rules apply equally. Ultimatums or threats = not tolerated.
• If you don’t agree with our rules, please choose another project.
