Catacombs do not have the correct mobs

Hello Dex team,

The catacombs are supposed to have the non-sealstone mobs for 1 hour after the quest period has ended, however, one hour after that, the seal validation starts and the catacombs should only have the Dusk or Dawn mobs (depending who won).
In our situation, since Dawn won, catacombs should contain the Dusk seal stone mobs (lilim mobs). Therefore, while validation is under way, small catacomb rooms should contain 2 non-sealstone mobs and 2 lilim mobs, while the big rooms should contain 4 non-sealstone mobs and 4 lilims.
Currently they only contain non-sealstone mobs without any lilims present.

Please look into this and fix the spawns.

Mobs are still wrong in all of the low level catacombs. I get it, it's custom, but it's not right. There's no reason for catacomb mobs not to be in order.

Would appreciate a Dex team member taking a look at this.

hey, check record for 7s its win only one seal. So Mobs exist only in Necropolis how I know (or Cata) and can enter only ppl who reg for Dawn
No custom here, 7s work retail exept we make full cycle for 1 week
