That people are able to kill RB alone because are top geared, yes it is normal from the game play view, and they are ok as they are. Well it seems proxy 2 is good for Romanian Area, but what is a proxy actually? A second server i suppose which host the main l2 server. If this is the case, it has to be on a geographical location on the Planet, each of them :|

Sorry i'm saying, but i don't think this is default, because we all know the default absolute party exp penalty is 20 levels gap, and first biggest gap where u should get exp is 19 levels, where u should get at least 30% of the exp toked by the highest party character. Mob exp penalty should be...

Hello, i think the mobs in SOA and Hellbound, should be nerfed too on skills damage, since doesn't exist vesper, vorpal and elegia armors and weapons ( and the skill damage amount should be at least 1/3 in SOA and 1/2 in Hellbound, and they still would be stronger than a regular lvl 80+ mob)...

Yes system works, but with some little delay, just pe patient, and the adena bided is recuperable at any time when the NPC's apear again, even after couple of days, tested by me ;)
