y, same here, actually out proxy programs is working as usual, but server proxy isn't, at least SA proxy

Shadow Step skill got like 10 sec reuse, even with full buffs it should be around 40sec++ and Snipe skill, death eye you only can delet with alt+click when it was not enchanted yet... when you enchant that +1 or more you can't alt+click. and Fatal Counter from phantom ranger is doing almost 0...
