Shadow Step and Archers

Shadow Step skill got like 10 sec reuse, even with full buffs it should be around 40sec++ and Snipe skill, death eye you only can delet with alt+click when it was not enchanted yet... when you enchant that +1 or more you can't alt+click. and Fatal Counter from phantom ranger is doing almost 0 dmg, even with like 50 hp, dmg not increasse.
