SpellBook drop at Hotsprings

Hello,

So I've killed like 200 Hot Springs Nepenthes and no spellbook drop...is this bugged or is the drop disabled to make players buy it from premium shop?

You can get 3rd class books only for TOLs, and TOLs you can farm on ketra/varka/fog.
