Problem with donation, no response from staff at all..

Hello, I have tried contacting some GM or Admin about a problem with my donation for TOD. I have added and msgd on skype, discord, forum, facebook, and ingame and I cannot get a reply. The service is not very good. Please see my support ticket #1137.
