Flagged after killed a PK-er

Hello

After I killed a Character with PK in Varka I've got flagged... why Is that happened?
I've saw that was a strategy made from that character... he got PK...wait for get killed... flag (!!!) ... than another char kill me.

Was he hitting you back or just run away until you have killed him?

He stand still, no running, no hit. I think that in the same time he switched on main char. He was waiting behind that big rock up entrance Varka.
PK name is: teeth
Main char: teethor

Any news? Is ok that user/char?
