Drop chance with premium account

Hello , i would like to know if the drop rate of a raid boss is influenced by overall damage (PA players for example ) or by last hit (for example a non PA user gets the last hit ). From the tests we did (about 5-6 rb killed) it seems that last hit of a PA equals more dmg.
Can we have some official info about this ?

Max drop bonus 25% if all players with PA. If someone without PA will be average by group.
