yes you can, one spawned in sel grounds when i was there some time ago

Lucky pig spawns randomly when you kill mobs in the following areas:
Beast Farm, Plains of the Lizardmen, Sel Mahum Training Grounds, Field of Silence, Field of Whispers, Crypts of Disgrace, Den of Evil, Primeval Isle and Dragon Valley.
