Abouth core/orfen

Core and orfen are farmed on our server,wich is a good thing.
I see black marketeer of mammon has an option to lets say "upgrade" epic jewelery..but the menu seems to be empty..is that a feature that u will add later or u need to have them to see what u can trade for...or they are just as they are on interlude with low stats?
