Question Sweep failed on white monsters ?

Hi,

Is this a normal behavior of Sweep on white monsters ?
Test on 'Needle Stakato Soldier' 72, I am 70.

it shouldnt work 100% and it happens that spoil is successfull but nothing to sweep

Ok I didn't know the sweep could fail regardless of the lvl
