Bug in quest Sub??

I am trying to start the mimirs elixir quest at npc Ladd, I already have the item "STAR OF DESTINY", but there is no option to start the quest, there is a message saying that I have no requirement to start the quest, along with that, I can't delete the item to restart the quest to perform the sub at the GM SHOP, I would like to know how to solve it, if you can help me, thank you!

The only way to get Subclass here is killing the raids on TOI+Cabrio and 100kk. There not another way

I'm trying to do this, but I can't delete the quest item from reorin, so I can't restart the quest on it !!!!

If any GM can delete the item from my inventory, I restart the quest and make the bosses and give the 100kk for the quest !!!
