Question pof cov critical

hi all ,
prfecy of wind shoud provide +20% crit rate
and cov +20% crit rate and crit dmg +20%
but maybe i get wrong but as i see profecy of wind did not provide 20% critical rate can you make some test ?? i will be glad to know if i make some mistake or if it really is like this

If so, that's a serious problem !!! POW should be the best prophecy on Interlude. That's how i know it Should provide alll the extra prophecy fighter abilities prophecies gives, except the penalty that still decrease 20% speed , and u need to ench the skill to remove it
