[Suggestion] re-enable noblesse quest line

When joining this server I really hoped doing the noblesse quest.

I just began playing and dont have the money but I do have the time to do this quest. I think it will be a great 3th option for players who just started and later on they can still buy noblesse when they become more wealthy

u can spend time for farming mobs, not for quest...its equal actually
