Heavy log in problem

I have seen that always is a problem with the log in while is Heavy....is there any fixing procedure in progress? Because it is very annoying..

Hi, its normal situation due our online. nothing to be afraid =) Just choose proxy is best for you by your location

I think is not funny..as far as i pay for premium and i`m restricted to join the game...you think is normal ?? Maybe it can be fixed...
