Box of devotion issue

Hello im regular player got accidently bought 2 boxes of devotion seen some topics you used to refund people as it seems unfair and not right , could you do it as well for Charecter Name "Tiny" got 2 boxes can you refund me one please ,thank you (and better fix this issue , so people wont waste own and your time )

and second time is showing for restrart 6:30 when i press alt+b it show me exactly the same time as in uk gmt0 all rb and stuff are okay but the box of devotion is restarting actually 4:30 but it shows 6:30 a bit confusing how the time works i thought on alt+ b is a Server Time
