Нет, это рабочее название талисманы. Ниего общего с тем что было на офе не будет.

Let me clarify something. It is called for now "talismans" because these new items will be placed at bracelet slots, same as talismans from High-Five. But it will be items with passive bonuses, something like charms from diablo2 if you remember. It is still at the concept stage and may be changed. But beforehand, these bonuses will be +/- similar to the bonuses from the talent tree. For example resist to cancel.
