Greetings everyone!
Today I want to share some information about the upcoming changes which will be installed in the first half of October.
The main idea of this update is to popularize support classes and give support classes some way to influence pvp with mana control.
As well we want to improve the balance of some imbalanced classes. Another goal is slightly increase PvP Defense and ability to counter debuffs.
These changes should make pvp a little bit longer. Also it should bring additional variety to both 9x9 pvp and mass pvp.

Keep in mind that this list can be updated, but significant changes are unlikely to occur.
Feedback and suggestions from our community are very welcome!

Earlier we said that we are going to increase the bonuses of some skills when enchanted by 28 and higher.
We have not abandoned this idea and will try to manage to do it together with this update.
But in order not to delay the announcement of other changes, we decided to split it into two stages.

Changes for lvl 80 skills
Symbol of Resistance - Creates a seal that grants immunity to de-buff attacks. Effect works on nearby allies.
Symbol of Honor - Creates a seal that increases PvP Defense by 10% and power of recovery magic by 100%. Effect works on nearby allies.
Symbol of Energy - Creates a seal that decreases physical skill reuse delay by 5% and increases P. Atk by 20%. Effect works on nearby allies.
Symbol of the Sniper - Creates a seal that increases bow range by 50 and the bow P.Atk by 20%. Effect works on nearby allies.
Symbol of the Assassin - Creates a seal that maximizes Critical Damage from behind by 20%, Evasion by 20 and Speed by 20 of nearby allies.


Changes for Healer Classes
Disrupt Undead - max level increased from 8 to 27
Mana Burn - added debuff which blocks mana restore for 5 seconds.
Mana Storm - added debuff which blocks mana restore for 5 seconds.
Spell Turning - increased range from 150 to 600.
Added active skill Mana Storm to Shilien Elder.
Added passive skill Disciple of Shilien to Shilien Elder. Disciple of Shilien - increases critical power of magic attacks by 30%
Added active skill Soul Impoverish to Shilien Saint. Soul Impoverish - For 30 seconds, blocks MP recovery of nearby enemies by 70%.
Added active skill Absolute Clarity to Eva's Saint. Absolute Clarity - For 10 seconds, greatly decreases skill MP consumption of all party members.
Added active skill Word of Purification to Hierophant. Word of Purification - removes 1 debuff from nearby party mebmers.
Added toggle skill Arcane Divinity to Hierophant. Arcane Divinity - Maximizes magic efficiency by increasing power of recovery magic by 200 and MP consumption by 30%. 50 HP is consumed per second. Enchant: Power.

Changes for BD/SWS
Deadly Strike - Removed from talent tree, but added to SWS and BD from lvl 40 to 74. Damage was adjusted. Additionally added debuff: decreases the power of HP recovery magic received by the enemy by 50% for 30 seconds. Added enchant branches Power/Cost.
Dance of Berserker - Added for talent tree instead of Deadly Strike to Spectral Dancer. Dance of Berserker - Decreases a party member's P.Def., M.Def. and Evasion, and increases their P. Atk., M. Atk., Atk. Spd., Casting Spd. and Speed for 2 minutes.
Song of Purification - Added for talent tree instead of Deadly Strike to Sword Muse. Song of Purification - Provides an 50% chance of removing a party member's de-buffs. And for the next 2 minutes, increases Resistance to de-buff attacks by 30% and increases the power of received HP recovery magic by 30%.
Added passive skill Battle Whisper to Swordsinger. Battle Whisper - When using Aggression has chance to increase damage dealt in PvP by 5% for all party members.
Added passive skill Defense Motion to Blade Dancer. Defense Motion - When using Aggression has chance to increase resistance to damage in PvP by 5% for all party members.

Changes for Warsmith
Crushing Strike - Removed from talent tree, but added to Warsmith from lvl 40 to 74. Damage was adjusted.
Fine Tuning was added for talent tree instead of Crushing Strike. Fine Tuning - Extends the maestro's abilities to the servitor. Using the maestro's abilities as the basis, extends to the servitor P. Atk./M.Atk. by 50%, P.Def./M.Def by 50%, Max HP by 50%.
Repair Golem - can be learned to lvl 8.
Strengthen Golem - can be learned to lvl 8.
Golem Reinforcement - can be learned to lvl 8.
Golem Overload - For 60 seconds greatly increased golem abilities. Immediately increases P. Atk. by 20%, P.Def. by 20%, Atk. Spd. by 20%, Critical Rate by 20%, Critical Damage by 20%, M.Def. by 20%, M. Atk. by 20%, Casting Spd. by 20%, Speed by 20, Accuracy by 20 and Resistance to de-buff attacks by 20. Due to severe overload HP the golem's health periodically decreases. Consumes 20 Spirit Ore. (replaces by Chant of Victory)

Changes for other classes
Added skill Chant of Berserker for Warcryer
Added skill Seal of Blockade for Dominator.
Frenzy - increased cooldown from 150 to 240 seconds
Guts - increased cooldown from 150 to 240 seconds
Zealot - increased cooldown from 225 to 240 seconds
Madness of Pa'agrio - Vampiric effect is decreased from 80% to 30%.
Curse Fear - fully enchanted skill on branch Cost has duration 40 seconds (down from 70).
Elemental Symphony - reuse delay increased from 300 to 600 seconds.
Aura Symphony - reuse delay increased from 300 to 600 seconds.
Seed of Fire/Water/Wind - decreased bonuses on skill level 1 from 20% to 10%, but improved enchant. +30 skill gives 30% bonus exactly like before.
Arcane Shield - increased damage reduction from 80% to 85%
Leopold - added effect of decreasing resistance to fire by 30%
Added skill Power Crush for Dreadnought.
Added skill Cursed Pierce for Dreadnought.
Force Storm - reuse delay was changed from 2.5 to 1.8 seconds.
Sonic Storm - reuse delay was changed from 2.5 to 2.2 seconds.
Throwing Dagger - increased range from 300 to 400.
Acrobatic Move - added new enchant branch "Power".
Esprit - added new enchant branch "Power".
Hawk Eye - added new enchant branch "Power".
Seven Arrows - increased range from 1100 to 1200
Lethal Shot - reduced base chance for lethal. Added new enchant branch for skill "Chance". Increased damage bonus in enchant branches "Duel" and "Power".
Dead Eye - increased attack speed penalty from skill enchant from 5% to 10%
Painkiller - increased reuse delay from 300 to 600 seconds
M.Def (passive for tanks) - increased M.Def bonus with enchant.
Reflect Damage - improved enchant branch from 30% to 40%.
Insane Crusher - now can remove 1-2 buffs.
Wrath of Shilen - changed mechanic of the skill. Modifiers to Paralize attack/defense no more longer affects skill damage. Due to this change basic skill damage was decreased from 9690 to 6960.
Reduced сharge rate for all tank's Seed from 60% to 50%.
Significantly increased power of Wyvern Breath, maybe it will make wyverns more useful on the battlefield.

Hero item changes
All hero weapons received new bouns: decrease reuse time for all skills by 5%
Wings of Destiny circlet grants immunity to shock for 9 seconds (same like castle crown).

Buff book changes
Slightly decreased buff book size and additionally added the button to minimize buff book.

Changes for Gran Kain's T-Shirt
Bonuses from enchant:
+4:
+4% PvP Defense, +500 CP
+5: +1% PvP Defense, +5 Speed
+6: +1% PvP Defense 1 CON, 1 MEN
+7: +1% PvP Def 1 STR, 1 INT
+8: +1% PvP Def, 1 DEX, 1 WIT
+9: +1% PvP Defense, +1 STR, +1 INT, +1 CON, +1 MEN, +1 DEX, +1 WIT
+10: +1% PvP Defense, +10% PvP Atk
