Tournament 9x9! May 18

Dear Dexters!
We are pleased to inform you that on Saturday (May 18) from 16:00(UTC +3) the 9x9 GvG tournament will be held at the NEW server!

Date: May 18
Time: 16:00 (UTC +3)
Format: 9x9 groups

We are holding the tournament after a long break from such events. This is more of a test tournament. If we will see that community interested in such events they will be more often with different restrictions.
The current tournament was decided to be held without any restrictions to give you the opportunity to find out who is stronger in a format close to daily PvP where everything you have is used.
Each group has a different level of equipment and character strength, but these factors do not always determine the winner and we believe that you can prove it

General info:
The tournament will be held according to the Double Elimination system (up to two defeats), if there will be more than 8 teams participating in Tournament, we will use the Single Elimination system (elimination after first loose)
The tournament grid will be published after the registration is completed, and will be updated periodically during the tournament.

• There will be no restrictions on equipment, enchantment level, skills or classes. You can use everything, including hero weapons, hero skills, buff books or quick healing potions
• The tournament will be held in Wharf of Gludio Airshop

• In the tournament can take part a group of 9 people.
• The minimum required character level to participate is 80.
• The application for participation is submitted by the party leader through a message on Discord in Private message to me. REGISTRATION OPEN TILL MAY 18 10:00 (UTC+3) Join the Lineage2Dex Support Discord Server!

  Party leader must PMing me on dsicord by form:
  1. Party leader name
  2. CP name if you have it
  3. Full list with correct names of 9 ppl who will participate on event
• You are able to change the list of members participating in the tournament before the end of registration just write about it to my pm. After the registration is completed, the list of members can not be changed!
• One character can not participate in 2 teams. Only in one. If we or other players notice that someone is participating in another team. Such a team will automatically be credited with a defeat.
• Any player can switch subclass between fights if you want.

Prizes:
1st place - each party member will receive: 30-days PA scroll, x15 GCM (loyalty), x15 TOP 80 LS (Loyalty), Unique Tournament Cloak (1st place), x1 any Skill Book (from MoS/Pagan).
2nd place - each party member will receive: 15-days PA scroll, x10 GCM (loyalty), x10 TOP 80 LS (Loyalty), Unique Tournament Cloak (2nd place).
3rd place - each party member will receive: 7-days PA scroll, x5 GCM (loyalty), x5 TOP 80 LS (Loyalty), Unique Tournament Cloak (3rd place).
All participants who register and make at least 1 fight, no matter winning or losing, will receive: 3-days PA scroll, x3 GCM (loyalty), x3 TOP 80 LS (Loyalty).




The order of heading battles:

• We announce on global chat which teams will fight next round
• Summon both teams on Arena to the appropriate corners behind the fence.
• Before fights, teams get full restore for HP/CP/Mana and refresh reuse delay for skills.
• When teams ready, we start count
• After you will see START and fence is down you can start fight
• A battle is considered won if all members of the enemy party are killed and not stand up for 5 seconds.
• If within 5 minutes after the announcement of the battle the group is still not ready, then the group receives a technical defeat.
• All other unforeseen situations are resolved at the discretion of the administration.

All Team Leaders must be available on discord in May 18, 14:00 (UTC +3) we will check again if team ready to play. If you not answer that u ready, we drop you from tournament.
After we approve all members of the tournament we will do tournament grid.
