Summer Heat Event
Mermaid Harmonia appeared at Giran Town and asked all adventurers to help with an abnormal summer heat.
Hunt any monsters 70+ level.
After some time the Hot Weather and Sultriness monsters will appear on the spot.
Hot Weather
Hot Weather is pretty weak monster and can be easily killed with common attacks.
Hunt them down and receive some Crystals (A-Grade) and Molten Hearts
Sultriness
Sultriness is rare and much stronger monster.
You can try to kill it with common attacks but it will take some time or you can use Cooling Spell on it to kill instantly (but keep in mind that spell can be interrupted with damage).
Cooling Spell can be obtained from Mermaid Harmonia for x100 Molten Hearts or x10 Treasure of Dex.
After death Sultriness will drop some Crystals (S-Grade) and one of the following items:

You can exchange Molten Hearts for other useful goods at Harmonia.
