at a moment of time yes . at live date there is no reason to add it

Well some will reach 85 in less than 24 hours, that stone you need it at awakening so at a moment of time is not valid.

you make dual class from the dorf wtv. but still, you want op dorf with stone? Healer ftw. HeartlessKing from Shilen wrecked Mast3rchief, 10x better player than that Russian, but meh, dorf race...

If he got "wrecked" purely because he was a dwarf , then he is bad and that's all there is to it.

So why change your mind about the awakened class you intend to have in 24 h ? Is it so hard to play the classes and races as they were intended by NcSoft?
Any way to outsmart the game mechanics should not be allowed...

Diversity kills people ? Mechanics are not changed, this stone allows you to get a different setup for your character I don't see the deal with this. Kamael tonks/Orc tonks etc are way more funnier to play with and the advantage is not so big.
