- be serious (26 Y.o.+) and have a life outside the game and normal - intelligent people concerns above l2.
- be able to make the difference between flame and constructive criticism (and obviously not flame or go emo)
- they should not take themselves too seriously, the should be able to learn and teach others
- should love challenges but be relaxed in game
- be willing to work as a team for a common goal and put in their best pitch regardless of who in CP benefits from that action.
And since this looks like a dating site and we`ll be spending a long time practically together... humor, good temper and positive, practical nature are very much appreciated.
