You could easily make the open hour a pretty decent one for both by setting it 17H:00 UTC -2 ( South America time more or less ) and it would have been 21H00 Ro time...with which i guess all would agree more.

so Current time on ro is 19:32 GMT+2 i set my pc GMT -3 and is 15:32 so server will open Friday at 08:00 GMT+2
