You are doing something wrong.I had the same problem yesterday but today everything worked just fine.
I made 2 payments and received all SP.

When you want to claim your SP points ,you have to be in the right place!
Claim your points BY PAYPAL in your case.

I paid with international credit card, and when i put the serial code (Dex-BR) and claim the sp points, a message appear "NO SUCH ORDER, PLEASE CHECK AGAIN." My membership milestone progress is 60% now, but i can't see the SP POINTS
