Donation problem information.

Hello,
I recently made a purchase of PA + 15 euros SPoints (2 orders in the same paypal cart). Paypal confirmed the payment and all but when I try to redeem my points on the site its saying me there is no such order. Reading on the forum I came up with the mail: [email protected] and decided to send one myself. One day passed and still no answer on a mail about a PAID service. I wonder how long does it usually take since in the other forum threads nobody replied

Try contacting them again. Maybe mail was missed
