Can someone tell me if i showld disable these?

Restart your computer and see what is running on windows start-up. If no other programs in that list are started, I suggest disable these programs - they do not have icons and description, try disable them and see what happen when you restart again.
However, this look suspicious. Remove avast, install kaspersky ANTIVIRUS (not internet security or other stuff) trial and run a scan.

I disabled them and 1 disapeared , but one is stil there disabled i wonder what is it
I have avast antivirus , made a full scan but nothing was found .

Can be a program that you have uninstalled or deleted, but left in registry and still on start-up list
