agreed!! i tried a little less than 200 top ls and i had active water skills twice, +300 cp once, and the rest was stats +50 max

If they truly are using l2off files I don't think it's that easy to change the rate of augmenting(asuming they would consider it). I doubt there's a magic button that allows them to change anything they want.

The level 86 Lifestones have a ridiculously low rate for getting something decent.I got way better results with level 85 ones.

Windstrike makes a lot of damage for a 1rst class skill, I've seen elders killing people just with it.
