Problem with loggin on the game and the webside

Hi, I'm new to this server and I have had several problems to login, since I have activated my account every perfect hotmail, but will not let me login, on the webside or the game. Is happening to many of my friends who are trying enter the server, and it's unfortunate that are being tired by a simple activation if possible fix the problem as soon as possible the better.

just use forgot pass and be sure you login on arion not on dex

Say's: This account does not exist or the e-mail doesn't correspond to this account.

And i activate the account and i have the mail to activate with the real account... i dont understand nothing...
