Soulshot, Spiritshot Delay/Bug

hello, I have soulshot and spiritshot delay. I tried every proxy but it is still the same! I think many people suffer for this. When you cast a skill as a mage, second skill is casted SLOWER, because spiritshot activates 1 second LATE, same in fighters! please help me and answer me. Thank you

Blame NCSoft on that one. It was just like that on retail back in HI5 and was only fixed on GoD if I'm not mistaken.
