Atribute stones drop amount

I saw in GC drop 2x stones and i had drop in IOP 3x stones from 1 mob , is random number ? with a max of 3 stones or how it is?

how u expect to farm good stones at gf location, when u play h5 lol stones are boosted enough and its easy to get them.

Well i dont have a CP atm so i cant farm @DV but anyway IOP showld drop easy the stones .
