Path of Awakening items

Hi,

Apparently, the Path of Awakening items aren't delivered on my account, i'm using a C grade weapon and D grade armor at level 52 because i don't have the Path of Awakening items delivered.

Is there something i'm missing ?

Go to Dimensional Merchant near warehouse in any town, click "retrieve dimensional items".

I know that you need to go to that NPC, but i don't get the notification to go get them, and when i check the NPC, it says "No items to retrieve"

LE : apparently the merchant is stuck at C grade weapon . I created a new toon, leveled it to 20, returned to my main toon, the merchant says to retrieve the items, but it's a C grade weapon, over and over. tried it 3 times, got the C grade weapons pack 3 times.
I'm level 56, so i should be in B grade.

I've created a new account and char few hours ago, but the dimensional merchant doesn't have any items for me at lvl 42? please help?

It seems works now (was a server restart?) ... hopefully no more issues. Thanks for help!
