event reward, charset

so 1st today I exchanged +15 event staff for reward and didnt recieve anything in my inventory.

EDIT: k ran the updater found reward but still charset is broken cant even shift most of items


and also wtf did you do with charset that I cant now talk with my language's special symbols like : Ā Č Ē etc... in the morning everything was fine until the evening.
