inventory slots bug

I have 31 items in my inventory and i see 51/80 when i open it , i reinstaled and used update deleted game reinstaled updated etc and stil same , im thinking that there are some items wich i canot see .
When i was picking up drops from farm sometimes i was picking something that i could not see not even in chat (you have picked up bla bla)
Please help .

Run updater and do full check . Items counted include quest items too

they are not counted togeder , there are separated inventories , but anyway even if it was like u say i have 9 qi and in my inventory i cant see 13 items

Are you for real? What about set, jewels, weapon, shirt, agathion, bracelet and hat? Count all items you have on inventory plus those I listed...

no, is mail slots...u have some items in mail

No, he's fine. 14 equipped items plus 21 items on inventory.
14+21=35
