I recently created a clan and lvled it up to lvl 5. I set up the privileges for rank 1 and 2 to enable the warehouse search. I changed my sister's rank (who is in my clan) to rank 2 but she wasn't able to pick up items from the clan warehouse, only to see what was inside. This is one of the mainly purposes I made this clan, to be able to easily share items. Could you please do something about this?
