ingame Mailbox bug

Hello I have a problem with ingame mailbox , today I've send an mail from my dwarf account to my main account just before the server were closed several times ..after the game came back up I couldn't pick up the mail or cancel it from the sent account ....
caracter with problem : Zumzet
I would like some help with this problem because the mail consists of verry important items ...

ok after today's update the mail was deleted and I din't receive adena or items back ...can I get an answer if by any chance I would get anything back?

Check your warehouse if the items are there.

nothing in the werehouse ..no items back no adena back ....
so is there any chance to get them back?
