Exp reverted after crit

Good day.
I have an issue after a critical error.
We have farmed Delusion Chamber RB, after killing it and going back to the hall through the teleported the window had a critical error and closed.
After relogin to the game, the exp (16% as only 2 chars were in party) was reverted back from 66% to 50% as before the Delusion Chamber.
Please check and help recover the lost exp.
The character name is Madam.

P.S. Time of issue is approximately 16:30 GMT +3

Yes, it was something similar, and it occured after TP. I didn't make a screenshot, because crits happen from time to time, and it's not a big problem.
The problem is the 16% of exp, which is rather much and I would like to have them back on Madam...

when i was getting those crits i had a little rollback,like 30 seconds,but not more.
